“We will report with Article 35 (ITE Law) 12 years with a fine of 12 billion,” Haikal Law Authority Tonin Tachta Singarimbun said at Metro Jaya Police on Monday (12/28).
Article 35 of the ITE Law establishes that any person who deliberately and without rights or against the law performs manipulation, creation, alteration, removal, destruction of Electronic Information and / or Electronic Documents in order that Electronic Information and / o Electronic Documents are considered as authentic data. .
According to Tonin, Husin as a reporter had changed the evidence.
“Because the ITE Law establishes that whoever changes electronic evidence is subject to it. Because it was changed by him. Because the full (video) is not like that, ”he said.
Tonin also claimed that Husin’s report was premature, because there was no regulation stating that dreaming of meeting the Prophet could be punished.
“There is no law stating who dreams of the Prophet being punished, there is no deception. Unless there is a provision from the Ministry of Religion, it does not exist,” he said.
Previously, Haikal Hassan was reported to the Metro Jaya police after admitting that he dreamed of meeting the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The informant is Husin Shihab.

Haikal is suspected of spreading false news and blasphemies that cause confusion and hatred Article 28 Paragraph 2 of Law Number 19 of 2016 on ITE and / or Article 156 letter a of the Penal Code and / or Articles 14-15 of Law Number 1 Year 1946 on Criminal Law Regulations.
