Megawati also asked the candidate for regional head of her party to devote all thoughts to the people and have the desire to make them prosperous.

He made sure that if he was running only because of his property, position and power, then his party would not make a recommendation to return.

“I firmly believe that you will not have twice the chances. We are very strict in that regard, because in the process of selecting regional leaders, we always monitor their work,” he said.

Among other things, regional leaders who want to be around and fight for the people, then those who are concerned will be loved by the people until they are re-elected.

He also gave an example of the success of President Joko Widodo, who was a cadre of the PDI-P and was elected president for two terms.

“So do not think that later the brothers who have won and then become candidates are going to start to emerge from pride, from pride. I’ve seen a lot of things like this happen, they don’t want to go down ”, he said.
