How to check whether BPJS Health membership requires re-registration or not

KOMPAS.com – Beginning Sunday (11/1/2020), multiple BPJS Health participants were asked to re-register their membership.

Meanwhile, the JKN-KIS participants who need to re-register are those from the Workers Receiving State Administrative Wages (PPU PN) and Non-Workers (BP) segments.

Who should re-register?

Individuals included as participants in the PPU PN and BP categories must re-register.

As for what is meant by PPU PN launched from the website BPJS Health namely:

  • Central PNS
  • Secondary officials
  • Public officials who are employed
  • Regional officials
  • PNS TNI
  • PNS Polri

Meanwhile, those that belong to the BP group are:

  • Investor
  • Employer
  • Recipients of the official state pension
  • PNS pension beneficiaries
  • Recipients of retired soldiers / members of the police
  • Veteran
  • Pioneers of independence
  • Widows, widowers or orphans of veterans or pioneers of independence
  • It is not the workers who are not included in numbers 1 to 6 who can pay contributions.

How to check

To make sure you are included in the segment that requires re-registration, you can check your membership status via:

  • JKN mobile app
  • WhatsApp information service (CHIKA) at 08118750400
  • BPJS 1500400 Healthcare Center
  • A BPJS officer! who’s in the hospital
  • KPK JAGA App

Later, if when the participation status is verified, a re-enrollment notification appears, the participant must update the NIK data.

How to re-register

If it turns out that the participant is one of the participants that needs to re-register, then the method is by contacting:

  • Offices through administrative services with WA (Pandawa) with the card reactivation menu
  • A BPJS officer! at the hospital
  • BPJS 1500400 Healthcare Center

To re-register, participants must prepare a photo of their KTP / KK and participant card (KIS).

Iqbal explained that the membership status will be reactivated for a maximum of 1 x 24 hours if it has reported data updates.

In connection with this program, BPJS Kesehatan has collaborated with various government agencies such as PWRI, PEPABRI TASPEN, and ASABRI to encourage participants to check JKN-KIS membership status and re-register.
