Lewis Hamilton was the Formula 1 champion at the Tuscany GP. This drama-filled race also featured a podium for Thai runner Alexander Albon.

Races at the Mugello Circuit, Sunday (9/13/2020) afternoon WIB, presented drama at the start of the race. Max Verstappen dropped out of the race after his car didn’t have the strength to run. Pierre Gasly became a victim after colliding with Verstappen’s car.

Not long ago there was another collision incident on lap six. There were four drivers involved in the collision, namely Antonio Giovinazzi, Nicolas Latifi, Kevin Magnussen, Carlos and Sainz.

This accident presented a red flag. All the runners returned to the pits to wait for the race to start again.

The new race begins with 50 rounds remaining. Lewis Hamilton led the race, followed by Valtteri Bottas and Charles Leclerc. Lance Stroll managed to move to third position on lap 18.

Bottas, who was in second position, tried to pit first to change tires on lap 31. After one lap, Hamilton, who had previously complained over the radio about the tires, caught up with him.

In the third and fourth positions there was a fierce battle between Daniel Ricciardo, Stroll and Alexander Albon. Damn Stroll. When you have taken the third position you have to leave the race.

The Canadian racer turned into the ninth turn on lap 44. The red flag had to be reissued and the drivers returned to the pits.

The race started again from lap 47 restarting again with the remaining 12 riders. There was no significant change in position after the restart, Hamilton was still in the lead followed by Bottas, Ricciardo, Albon and Pérez.

The battle was fierce in the 50th son. Albon was third after overtaking Ricciardo.

Until the race left five more laps, no Ferrari representative could enter the top five. Leclerc is in ninth position and Sebastian Vettel in 10th of the remaining 12 riders.

There is no change of position until the race is completed. Hamilton came out champion and Bottas sat in second place. Albon finished third and marked the first time the Thai driver won the podium in F1.

Albon first participated in F1 in 2019 with Red Bull. His best race result at the time he finished fourth in Japan last year.
