jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Bareskrim Polri investigators named Grand Imam of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Habib Rizieq Shihab (HRS) as a suspect in a case of alleged violation of health protocol (prokes) in a crowd in Megamendung, Bogor Regency, Java Western.
Habib Rizieq is suspected of violating article 14 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of Law Number 4 of 1984 on Outbreaks of Infectious Diseases, article 93 of Law Number 6 of 2018 on Sanitary Quarantine and article 216 of the Code Penal.
Habib Rizieq Shihab (HRS) lawyer Alamsyah Hanafiah assessed that his client should no longer be identified as a suspect in a case of suspected violation of health protocol.
The reason is that currently Habib Rizieq is also a suspect in the crowd case in Petamburan, central Jakarta.
“If the case is the same object at the same time based on article 63 of the Penal Code, there should not be two stipulations but only one, which means that the investigation remains,” Alamsyah said when confirmed, on Saturday (26 / 12).
In addition, Alamsyah said, for there to be complaints of simultaneous criminal acts on the same object, it is enough to present a case with different suspicions, such as primary or secondary.
Therefore, according to him, the case of the crowd in Megamendung should be combined with that of Petamburan.
“Only one, only development. Subsequently the delegation of one to the prosecutor, that these incidents occurred simultaneously, one in Megamendung, one in Jakarta and the first accusation could be the second accusation, the second accusation, the third,” concluded Alamsyah. (mcr3 / jpnn)
