“Just 15 minutes ago I received a statement signed by Habib Rizieq in which he said that he did not allow the City Government to know the results,” explained Bima.
In fact, the initial agreement between the Bogor city government and the Habib Rizieq family at the Bogor City Ummi Hospital last night would be coordinated together. However, in fact, the agreement was not honored.
“We are awaiting the results of the laboratory that performed the PCR test in Habib Rizieq as agreed with the family last night. Then the family, the hospital agreed that the results of the PCR will be coordinated with the City Government and it must agree that the institution is valid, verified and certified, “he said.
Therefore, the Bogor city government will take decisive action in accordance with its authority regarding this issue, including taking legal action.
“Our steps must be in accordance with the rules and laws. It spiritually ensures that Covid-19 management works optimally in the Bogor City area. We will move in accordance with our authority and then of course we will also enter jurisdiction, “Bima concluded.
