JAKARTA – Chief Imam of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Habib Rizieq Shihab arrives at Polda Metro Jaya. He will be examined as a suspect and crowd amid the Covid-19 pandemic, on Saturday (12/12/2020).
Habib Rizieq arrived at 10.26 WIB. He wore white clothes and wore a turban.
Habib Rizieq was only accompanied by his legal team. No mass was sent to Polda Metro Jaya.

Even so, Polda Metro Jaya continues to anticipate when preparing personnel to perform security.
Habib Rizieq previously emphasized that he is committed to complying with the police summons. On two occasions, he failed to comply with the summons, because he was currently recovering and his lawyer had served a notification with the police.
“I am going to announce for all the children of the nation, God willing, tomorrow Saturday December 12, 2020 (today) in the morning, I will come to Polda Metro Jaya, Insya Allah,” said Habib Rizieq through Front TV video .

In this matter, Habib Rizieq is subject to articles 160 and 216 of the Penal Code. As for the maximum threat, he was sentenced to 6 years in prison.
