SAMARINDA – The sad news is back. The prominent Habib of Central Java, Al Habib Ja’far bin Muhammad Al-Kaff, died at his residence in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Habib Ja’far is one of the most influential Habibs in Indonesia. It is famous for having many karamah.

The news of Habib Ja’far’s death was confirmed by the leader of the Islamic Al-Madinah boarding school, Gunungpati, Semarang, Habib Umar Al-Muthohar.

“I just got a call from his brother Habib Ja’far, he really died and they are taking care of him, they are preparing him for Kudus. This is so there is no intersection. It is true that he died,” he said.

Habib Umar Al-Muthohar explained that it was the last year that the late Habib Ja’far lived in Samarinda. The deceased passed away around 4.30 p.m. “The body will be brought to Kudus tomorrow morning and buried tomorrow afternoon,” he said on behalf of the family.

In the video recording obtained by SINDOnews, several students were seen waiting in the parking lot of the Army Hospital, Samarinda. “The most recent atmosphere in the Samarinda Army Hospital. Many worshipers are awaiting the departure of Habib Ja’far’s body to Kudus. Tonight it will be sent, inshaAllah,” said one man.
