jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The director of the Habib Rizieq Shihab Center (HRS), Abdul, President Ramadhan, assessed that there is a legal imbalance in Indonesia.
Abdul said that this was reflected in the legal proceedings against Sugi Nur Raharja, which was inversely proportional to the proceedings against the insult of Habib Rizieq Shihab.
“Obviously there are loopholes. There is bias in the law enforcement process,” Abdul said when confirmed on Saturday (10/24).
One of them, Abdul said, was Ade Armando, who insulted Islam. In fact, there has been a court order ordering the police to follow up on the case.
“SP3 has been canceled by the South Jakarta District Court for more than two years, so far the process is unclear. The report on Abu Janda and others is unclear,” he said.
Therefore, Abdul feels that the law in this country appears to be owned by a party, not all Indonesians. Abdul emphasized that his party was very concerned about this.
“Therefore, from the many examples, it appears that there is selective logging in the law enforcement process,” he said.
Earlier, social media activist Permadi Arya, alias Abu Janda, was reported to the police after creating controversial video content about a flag with a tauhid theme at Habib Rizieq Shihab’s home in Saudi Arabia.
