Get arrested! High school student rapists in North Sumatra turned out to be the victim’s uncle

Police arrested a man with the initials S in the case of the alleged rape and murder of high school students in North Sumatra (North Sumatra). S turns out to be the victim’s uncle.

“It is suspected that the murder and rape of the victim was his own uncle, that is brother S,” Medan Police Chief Kombes Riko Sunarko told Medan Police on Friday (10/16/ 2020).

The arrest was made after police received a report about the incident. There were two other people who were also arrested.

Kapolsek Sunggal, Kompol Yasir, said that the incident allegedly happened on Thursday (10/15) afternoon. The body of the victim, MJ (15), was only found at night.

“Found at night,” Yasir said.

S has been named a suspect. Later, he and two others were detained to continue legal proceedings.

Earlier, MJ was found dead with his neck tied under a blanket. The body was found by a witness who was about to repair the door.

“The discovery of the corpse supposedly as a result of being assassinated on Thursday (10/15) around 9:00 PM WIB. Yes (presumably raped before being assassinated),” said on Friday (10/16) the Chief of Criminal Investigation of Sunggal Police, AKP Budiman Simanjuntak.
