Fugitive Harun Masiku suspected to have been killed for not speaking, KPK: investigation still ongoing

YAKARTA, KOMPAS TV – Anticorruption Society coordinator Boyamin Saiman said there was an accusation by Harun Masiku, a suspect in a bribery case to the Commissioner of the General Election Commission (KPU), Wahyu Setiawan, who had been killed.

As is known, Harun Masiku is still at large. He was caught up in a bribery case among the interim members of the DPR (PAW) of the PDI Perjuangan faction.

Harun Masiku allegedly gave bribes to the Commissioner of the General Electoral Commission (KPU) Wahyu Setiawan, to facilitate his way to become a member of Parliament of the PDIP faction.

Not only is it a death, Harun Masiku was even shot to death in order not to open the corruption cases of the superiors.

Boyamin Saiman responded on the news that Harun Masiku was shot dead. “Yes, there are several types of death, the easiest is to be shot dead,” Boyamin said.

Related to this, Boyamin again mentioned the case that carried the name of Harun Masiku. In addition to Harun Masiku, the corruption case was also carried out alongside another former PDIP candidate, Saeful Bahri.
