jpnn.com, KUDUS – A woman named Listifah (38) was found dead in one of the rooms of the Mahkota Hotel in Jati sub-district, Kudus, Central Java, on Monday (10/26) at 3:00 pm WIB.
Police suspect Listifah was a murder victim because there were signs of violence on her body.
On Monday night, not long after the discovery of Listifah’s body, the Kudus police were able to find the perpetrators of the murder.
“Alhamdulillah, in a relatively quick time the perpetrator was able to catch the perpetrator who was none other than a close friend of the victim,” said Kudus AKBP Police Chief Aditya Surya Dharma accompanied by AKP Chief of Criminal Investigation Unit Agustinus David during a press conference at the Kudus Police Headquarters on Tuesday (10/27).
AKBP Adiyta revealed that the perpetrator was arrested in Jalan Mlati Kudus, Central Java on Monday (10/26) evening or after the body of a woman who was the perpetrator’s mistress was found.
The author named Kiswanto (40) is a resident of Loram Village, Jati district, Kudus.
While the victim named Listifah is a resident of Megawon, Jati district, Kudus.
Based on the author’s confession, the murder began when he met the victim at the hotel on Sunday (10/25) at 2.30 pm WIB.
