YAKARTA, KOMPAS TV – Customers receiving government assistance can access the free electricity token policy for May. Such is the statement of PT PLN (Persero).
PLN Executive Vice President Corporate Communication & CSR, I Made Suprateka, said that so far there are four types of customers receiving assistance in the form of free electricity tokens.
The four types of clients are household customers with a power of 450 VA, subsidized household customers of 900 VA (50 percent discount), small business customers of 450 VA (B1) and small industrial customers of 450 VA (I1).

“For postpaid customers, free electricity and electricity discounts immediately reduce the electricity bill in May. While for 11.8 million prepaid customers, the May 2020 electricity token is accessible,” Made said in his official statement in Jakarta on Thursday (5/14) / 2020).
To get free electricity tokens, customers can access them directly through the official PLN website and WhatsApp.
“We urge all prepaid customers who are entitled to this stimulus to be able to take their tokens through the website or WhatsApp service that has been provided,” Made said.
