TANGERANG, KOMPAS.com – PT Angkasa Pura II Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Awaluddin said one of the absolute conditions to be met by potential aircraft passengers was a free Covid-19 Certificate.
“Ticket purchase conditions must include a free Covid-19 certificate,” he said during a press conference via video broadcast on Sunday (05/10/2020).
Awaluddin said that if a prospective passenger could obtain a ticket without accompanying a certificate without Covid from a hospital or health center, then they would not be allowed to continue the flight.

In addition to including a free Covid-19 certificate when purchasing tickets, Awaluddin explained, potential passengers must show these documents when they go to the airport.
Later there will be a special inspection of the travel documents, including the travel reasons signed by the agency, a regional government certificate and a free Covid-19 certificate.
“The documents are verified if the document is declared complete and suitable for the flight, the relevant person receives a Health Alert Card and the team from the Port Health Office (KKP) validates it,” Awaluddin said.
Passengers also do not expect to be able to obtain free Covid-19 documents while at Soekarno-Hatta airport.

Currently, Awaluddin said, Soekarno-Hatta Airport does not provide service facilities for rapid tests or the like to issue the free SK of Covid-19.
“We hope that it is the responsibility of the passengers and the airline, so that when they arrive at the airport, they already carry letters without greed and do not expect to find a decree without codification at the airport,” he said.
