“Well, we have also communicated with the superiors of the investigators that we had planned that this Monday, tomorrow 14 (December) will come with HRS and five other suspects,” said Aziz Januar FPI Legal Counsel at Polda Metro Jaya, on Friday (11 / 12/2020) tomorrow.
Aziz said Rizieq’s subpoena and the five previous people were still witnesses.
However, in its development, the Rizieq case and five other people have been named suspects by the police.
“We are here to proactively go to Polda Metro Jaya to collect citations, so we are proactive. Before we send, we first come here (Polda Metro Jaya) now,” Aziz said.

The arrival of FPI this morning at Polda Metro Jaya also explained the absence of Rizieq and five other people during the second call.
“We have communicated, visited and sent a letter requesting rescheduling as a witness in the case in question,” Aziz added.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya named the leader of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Rizieq Shihab as a suspect in a case of violation of health protocol in Petamburan, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, on November 14.
Rizieq held a wedding ceremony for his daughter, Shafira Najwa Shihab, which was followed by the Prophet’s birthday on that day.
“From the results of the title of the concluded case, there were six who were named suspects. The first was the organizer of Mr. MRS himself. Articles 160 and 216 (KUHP) are suspected,” said the head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus, on Thursday (10/12/2020).
In addition to Rizieq, five others who were named suspects were Committee Chairman Maulid Nabi and Rizieq’s daughter marriage with the initials HU, the Committee Secretary with the initials A and the person in charge of security, MS.

The other two are responsible for the event, SL; and the head of the events section, HI.
“We will elevate these six people from the witnesses as suspects,” Yusri said.
Yusri added that the name of the suspect is due to the police carrying out a case about the violation of the health protocol last Tuesday.
The crowd in Petamburan on November 14 had a long queue.
Inspector General Nana Sudjana and Inspector General Rudy Sufahriadi were removed from their respective positions as Kapolda Metro Jaya and Kapolda West Java because they were found to be negligent in applying health protocols related to the incident.
Polda Metro Jaya also summoned DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan for clarification.
Subpoenas were also made to the mayor of Central Jakarta, Bayu Meghantara, the head of Tanah Abang sub-district, Yassin Pasaribu, the head of KUA Tanah Abang, Bhabinkamtibmas and related officials from RT and RW. Rizieq himself had been twice summoned by the police regarding the case, but never made it to the Polda Metro Jaya.
