The family said the cell phones of the six Habib Rizieq Shihab (HRS) followers who died have not been found so far. The Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) asked the police to return the cell phone.

“We ask hand phone the police must immediately and voluntarily hand over (by) the police to the family or to Komnas HAM or to a more neutral institution, “said FPI lawyer Achmad Michdan in the DPR building, Jakarta on Thursday (10/12/2020) .

Police, Michdan said, had to return mobile phones as a gesture of transparency. He stressed that not returning the cell phone would only increase suspicions.

“One of the clues is to maintain neutrality, that so far the public does not want to distrust the police institution,” Michdan said.

Previously, the family of the bodyguard of the deceased Habib Rizieq expressed their opinion before Commission III of the DPR. They informed DPR Commission III that the assets of the six Laskar members of the FPI had not been found so far.

Initially, Santoso, a member of Commission III of the DPR, asked if the victim’s property was found or not yet. He posed this question to the six families who were also present in the DPR Commission III meeting room on Thursday (12/10).

Zainuri, family of the late Lutfhil Hakim, said they have so far not found the Luthfil property.

“There are no ID cards, no cell phones, no clothing,” Zainuri said in DPR Commission III room, DPR building, Jakarta on Thursday (10/12/2020).

Septi, M. Reza’s family, also said the same. So far, his party has not received the victim’s property.

“There is no article,” Septi continued.

So said Umar, the family of the late Andi Oktiawan. He asked the police to return the victim’s belongings.

“None of the items were received from the deceased, even if they are still active. Please try, if possible, to return the items,” continued Umar.
