Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –

Plenary meeting of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) DKI Jakarta accepts Responsibility for the Implementation of the 2019 Regional Budget (P2APBD) from the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan.

At the plenary meeting, four factions withdrew and rejected DKI Jakarta’s 2019 P2APBD accountability report.

The four factions are Golkar, PAN, NasDem, and PSI. Despite the four factions of the OT, at the plenary meeting chaired by DKI President Jakarta DPRD Prasetyo Edi, they still supported the 2019 PA2PBD because the number of meeting participants still met the forum quorum (quorum) .

“I would like to ask this honorable forum of the council plenary meeting, can the draft regional regulation regarding the DKI Jakarta provincial P2APBD be approved so that the 2019 budget year becomes a regional regulation?” said Pras in the Jakarta DPRD plenary meeting room on Monday (7/9).

After the four factions left, the faction chamber that left another five factions, namely PDIP, Gerindra, Democrat, PKS, PKB and PPP, agreed to ratify the DKI P2APBD 2020.

For information, there are 106 DPRD members for the 2019-2024 period that are divided into nine factions, namely PDIP (25), Gerindra (19), PKS (16), Democrat (10), PAN (9) , PSI (8), NasDem (7), Golkar (6), PKB and PPP (6).

The secretary of the PAN faction of the Jakarta DPRD, Oman Rakinda, explained two reasons why his party rejected the 2019 DKI Jakarta P2APBD.

First, Oman said, his party rejected DKI Jakarta’s P2APBD 2019 because the provincial government did not show clear data on budget use.

“With a SILPA figure of Rs 1.203 trillion, we need details of budget expenditures in 2019,” Oman said in its statement on Monday (9/7).

“The executive must deliver a report in accordance with the principles of regional financial management, as stipulated in article 4 of Government Regulation 58 of 2005, which is transparent, especially to our council, which is the representation of the people,” he added.

Aside from the transparency issue, Oman said the reason its two factions rejected the DKI P2APBD was the result of absorbing people’s aspirations during the recess. For example, he said, there are at least 136 slum villages so far that have not been touched by the government.

In fact, Oman said, the results of the report were important in discussing the revised APBD.

“I am not bored, I remind the Governor that we have a legislature that accommodates the votes of the people. Therefore, the Provincial Government must not work alone. The Provincial Government must also work according to the wishes of the people, because our job is to make them prosper. , that’s a mandate, “he said.
