Five bodies of FPI soldiers have been buried in Megamendung

Deputy Secretary General of the Islamic Defenders Front (REIT) Aziz Yanuar said that the bodies of five members of the FPI laskar were buried in Megamendung, Bogor, West Java, on Wednesday (9/12) morning. While another body was buried in Jakarta.

“5 bodies have been buried in Megamendung. Luthfil Hakim’s body is in Jakarta,” Aziz told CNNIndonesia.com via written message on Wednesday (12/9).

The five bodies that were buried in the Megamendung Sharia Markaz complex are Andi Oktiawan (33), Faiz Ahmad Syukur (22), Ahmad Sofiyan alias Ambon (26), Muhammad Suci Khadavi (21) and Reza (20).

Meanwhile, the body of Luthfil Hakim (25) was buried in Cengkareng, in West Jakarta.

The six bodies of the shooting victims are known to have been at the National Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, in East Jakarta. The police claim to have carried out a series of forensic medical examinations of the victim’s body.

All the bodies arrived in turn in Petamburan on Tuesday night (12/8). At Petamburan, the six bodies were later washed, dressed and burned.

Six bodyguards of Muhammad Rizieq Shihab are known to have been killed in a clash with the police at KM50 Tol Jakarta-Cikampek on Monday morning (12/7).

Police said they were first attacked with guns and sharp weapons. Meanwhile, four other people are said to have fled after the clash.
