In the 24 second video, Serka BDS sings in religious tones. He replaced his words with greetings to Habib Rizieq, the leader of the FPI, who had just arrived from Saudi Arabia to Indonesia.

Kadispen TNI AU (Kadispenau) Marsma Fajar Adriyanto confirmed that the man in the viral video was a soldier. Serka BDS is one of the staff members of the Maintenance Unit (Sathar) which is based at the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base Complex, Jakarta.

TNI will prepare a punishment for Serka BDS who recorded him singing a welcome song for the arrival of Habib Rizieq.
