Suara.com – Singer Rizky Febian has dismissed allegations that Teddy Pardiyana accused his sister, Putri Delina, of taking the inheritance left by Teddy’s late wife, Lina Jubaedah.

Rizky Febian and Putri Delina are Lina’s biological children from Lina’s previous marriage to the comedian Sutisna or better known as Sule.

Previously, Teddy, through his lawyer, Ali Nurdin, claimed that Putri took documents and jewelry from the safe deposit box that was Lina’s inheritance, without Teddy’s consent.

“Regarding the deposit, when we met Teddy’s lawyer, he also gave him a power of attorney, before Putri came to the bank,” Rizky Febian said during a press conference at the office of Hudaya Law, Jalan Ahmad Yani, Bandung, the Saturday (12/19/2020).

The accusation, he said, was in fact unfounded because 40 days after Lina Jubaedah’s death, Teddy went to meet with Lina’s lawyer with Putri to deliver all the documents of the late Lina’s estate.

“Including the jewelry, at that time Teddy was the property of the deceased over whom he had no rights. He then gave it to Putri Delina, who according to Teddy, please keep a deposit box,” said attorneys Rizky Febian and Putri Delina, Bahyuni Zaili.

At the time, the document was kept in a private bank in Bandung. Even Teddy, Bahyuni said, had given Putri a written power of attorney to preserve and retrieve documents about Lina’s inherited assets.

“If Putri asks, it is considered that they were taken without permission. This will be an objection. The document is from Lina for the children. Teddy has given him the power and the key is in Putri,” he explained.

In fact, he said, before Putri Delina arrived at the bank, Teddy had previously come to the bank to see and open the deposit box. Bahyuni emphasized that Putri’s actions were not illegal at all.

“We emphasize that there is no illegal act by Putri Delina. This is the property of the deceased that Sule bought from Sule’s hard work for the child, not from Mr. Teddy,” he added.
