Jakarta, Insert – YouTuber Ferdian Paleka has been named a suspect after making jokes containing food in transvestites.
He was finally arrested by the police on Friday (8/5) in the morning around 01:00 WIB after a fugitive for several days.
When he attended the press conference held at the Bandung Police Complex, Ferdian claimed that the content was made for entertainment only without the intention of insulting the transvestites.
“Starting to create content is just for entertainment, there is no purpose other than that,” said Ferdian Paleka.
“Because in my opinion this month of Ramadhan transgender is not allowed, so I do it this way so there are no transsexuals in the holy month,” he continued as he bowed his head.
Then he explained who was the mastermind behind the idea of the content of the grocery prank. Ferdian claimed that it was the result of his idea and that of Tubagus Fahddinar and M. Aidil.

“(Ideas) all three, there is nobody,” he said.
Now all the actors involved in the prank action containing nine-wheeled food have been secured at the Bandung Police Station, West Java.
The leaders were accused with Article 36 and Article 51 paragraph 2 of Law Number 11 of 2008 on ITE with a maximum criminal penalty of 12 years and a maximum fine of Rp 12 billion.
