JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Fahrurrozi Ishaq, one of the leaders of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI), died of Covid-19 at the Premier Jatinegara Hospital in East Jakarta on Tuesday (10/27/2020).

The news was confirmed by Kombes Yayok Witarto, Chief of Medical and Nursing Services at Kramat Jati Police Hospital.

According to Yayok, the victim had undergone a test for Covid-19 and the result was positive.

As a result, the family returned the victim for treatment at their home.

However, according to the information, his condition worsened and he received treatment at the Hermina Jatinegara Hospital in East Jakarta.
