jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The bodies of six Laskar Pembela Islam Front (FPI) who died in an incident at KM 50 Tol Jakarta-Cikampek, Karawang, West Java, early Monday (7/12), will be handed over to the family.
Police officers also began to sterilize the body storage room at Kramat Jati Police Hospital from crowds of journalists covering the approach to the repatriation of six bodies of Habib Rizieq’s bodyguards on Tuesday (12/8 ) at night.
Gerindra Party politician Fadli Zon, who was greeted in the lobby of the National Police Hospital, said that the bodies of the six FPI soldiers would first be buried at the FPI headquarters in Petamburan, central Jakarta.
“The body was brought to Petamburan before being buried in Megamendung,” said Party Vice Chairman Gerindra.
On the ground, several journalists from the national media who were at the exit of the morgue at the Police Hospital were directed by uniformed Brimob agents to go to the door of the Police Hospital that leads to the Inner City Toll Road.
“Please wait first at the exit, in this room (the morgue) we are empty first,” said a policeman.
Until 19:15 WIB the body had not been taken from the Police Hospital.
Meanwhile, several ambulances were parked in front of the Police Hospital morgue along with several relatives of the deceased.(between / jpnn)
