KOMPAS.com – A man selling cimol in Ungaran, Central Java, was determined to kill his girlfriend in a hotel room.
The victim with the initials DF (17) is known to be still in school and registered as a resident of Demak, Central Java.
The victim’s body was found in a hotel room in the Bandungan Tourism Area, Semarang, on Saturday (11/14/2020).

According to police, the victim died after being suffocated, hitting her head on a cot, and trapped with a veil around her neck.
After killing, the perpetrator seized the victim’s property and motorcycle.
“The victim died with three head injuries. Blood came out of the mouth and nose. But the cause of death of the victim was weak, his chest was also pressed so it was difficult to breathe,” said the police chief by Semarang AKBP, Ari Wibowo.

Suspected of being injured
Ari explained that the alleged perpetrator, Dicky Ramandany (19), had already been arrested in Surabaya.
“The perpetrator was arrested less than 24 hours in Surabaya after hotel employees discovered that the body was there,” he explained.
The young man from Manuan Wetan village, Tandes district, Surabaya city, East Java, admitted that the victim’s words hurt him.
“He was injured and wanted to control the victim’s property. After the murder, the Honda Beat H 3725 AEE was sold to Ahmad Muharya’s custodian for 2 million rupees and Lenovo’s cell phone to Lukman Hakim for 125,000 rupees,” he explained.

After being questioned, the aggressor claimed to have met the victim through social networks. Then the police smelled that the perpetrator had planned the murder.

“I found out two weeks ago through social media. But where they both live in Demak it’s still the same neighborhood,” he said.
The perpetrator of the murder was charged under article 340 of the Penal Code in relation to premeditated homicide, article 365 of the Penal Code relative to violent theft that resulted in the death of the victim and article 80 in relation to article 76c of the law. 2014 RI on Child Protection.
