The KRIs that moved were KRI Teluk Gili Manuk, KRI Kurau, KRI Parang, KRI Teluk Cirebon, KRI Tjiptadi, KRI Cucut (886) and KRI Tenggiri.
As is known, the Sriwijaya Air SJ 182 aircraft on the Jakarta-Pontianak route reportedly lost contact on Saturday (September 1). It was later stated that the plane crashed between Male Island and Lancang Island, and the crash site was 20 to 23 meters deep.
Transport Minister Budi Karya Sumadi said the plane was carrying a total of 62 people, consisting of 50 passengers and 12 crew members. The 50 passengers consisted of 40 adults, 7 children, and 3 infants.
“The total passengers are 50 people, together with 12 crews consisting of 43 adults, 7 children, 3 babies,” the Transport Minister said at a press conference at Soekarno Hatta airport.
