Prague –
Jens Petter Hauge was the star of AC Milan’s victory over Sparta Prague on the final day of the Europa League group stage. The dribbling action made the goal the difference.
Milan will travel to the Generali Arena, Prague, on Friday morning (11/12/2020) WIB, to play the last match of Group H of the Europa League. Hauge could put the lead for the Rossoneri in the 23rd minute.
Receiving a pass from Dalot from the right, Hauge made an action that edged out two Sparta Prague defenders. Then, he throws a right kick, which directs the ball to the right corner of the opponent’s goal.
The goal ensured Milan’s victory over Sparta Prague. The young forward again showed his qualities.
Since being bought from Bodo / Glimt, Hauge has played 10 times for Milan. He has scored 4 goals so far, helping Milan top the Serie A standings and qualify for the last 32 of the Europa League.
Coach Stefano Pioli also hopes Hauge can continue his good performance.
“Hauge, we hope he can continue like this. When we face him as an opponent, he has shown his qualities,” Piolo told Sky Sport.
“I think he can still develop a lot, he has a great quality and we are satisfied with his performance. I think his best quality is one-on-one,” he explained.
The victory over Sparta Prague ensured that Milan won Group H with 13 points. The Rossoneri advanced to the top 32 as group winners, followed by Lille, who only managed 11 points.
