Currently, the police are awaiting the results of the examination by the medical team of RSD Wisma Atlet, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
“We (Polda Metro Jaya, red) wait for Wisma Athlete, there we will present the competent ones. The results are as we know from there,” he added.
As previously reported, Polda Metro Jaya forcibly dispersed the 1812 period of action that came from various mass organizations including the 212 Alumni Brotherhood (PA), FPI, and the Ulama Fatwa Guard National Movement (GNPF) at the Merdeka Palace. , Jakarta, on Friday.
The police have confirmed that they have not given Rizieq Shihab supporters permission to express opinions in public.
Yusri explained that Polda Metro Jaya had not given permission for the action plan to call for Rizieq’s release due to the period of the pandemic, so there was a possibility that crowds would cause the COVID-19 cluster.
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, the transmission in Jakarta is quite high. We hope you can understand that there should be no crowd activities,” Yusri said.
