Jakarta’s strict PSBB is still in violations. Only four days after the implementation of the PSBB, the Provincial Government closed dozens of companies.
After it was decided that DKI Jakarta would strengthen the PSBB, the provincial government immediately created an oversight team in the offices. And in fact, in this regulation of the PSBB, work in the office is only allowed a capacity of 25 percent of the employees.
The regulation is established in the Governor’s Regulation Number 88 of 2020. If you do not comply with the provisions, then there are sanctions that are ready to be imposed.
Regarding the office’s team of supervisors, the head of Jakarta’s Human Resources and Transmigration Office, Andri Yansyah, said there were 25 teams on duty. A team can monitor three offices in one day.
The team formed by the Jakarta Human Resources and Transmigration Office will oversee the limitation of the number of employees according to the specified capacity and the implementation of health protocols. Then monitor whether or not there are employees exposed to the Corona virus in the office.
“We are currently forming a Sub-department with five teams, in which the team consists of 4 people. So in DKI there are about 25 teams. We are targeting 25 teams per team one day to supervise at least three offices,” Andri said when he went contacted. Monday (14/9).
The office’s team of supervisors also found a number of violations. Until the fourth day of strict PSBB Jakarta, a total of 23 companies were temporarily closed.
“Monitoring and inspection of PSBB compliance, 237 companies that were intercepted, 23 temporarily closed,” Andri said in a written statement, on Friday (9/18/2020).
He explained that of the 23 companies that were closed, 14 of them were because there were employees who were exposed to the Corona virus. Of the 14 companies, 6 are in West Jakarta, 1 in East Jakarta, 3 in South Jakarta, 3 in North Jakarta and 1 in Central Jakarta.
“Companies that were closed by COVID-19 (there are) 6 companies,” he said.
Then another 9 companies were closed for violating health protocols. There were 4 companies that raped in Central Jakarta, 3 companies in West Jakarta and 2 companies in South Jakarta. The data is an accumulation of four days from the first day of strict PSBB, that is, from Monday (14/9) to Thursday (17/9) yesterday.
