The government reported the addition of new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Sunday (3/1/2021). There has been an addition of 6,877 cases, bringing the total number of confirmed patients to 765,350 cases since the Corona virus broke out in Indonesia.

DKI Jakarta became the province with the highest number of cases with 1,658 cases, followed by West Java with 1,232 cases and Central Java with 982 new cases as of January 3.

Details of the development of the Corona virus on Sunday (1/3/2021) are as follows:

  • Positive cases increased from 6,877 to 765,350
  • Recovered patients increased from 6,419 to 631,937
  • The number of patients who died increased from 179 to 22,734
