DKI Jakarta Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria said that the operation from shopping malls or shopping centers to entertainment venues was closed during the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) that took effect on September 14, 2020.
Riza said the plan had been presented to DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Basweda.
“Yes, we have conveyed everything to the governor. Our hope is that what was conveyed yesterday is that the entertainment venue is closed, restaurants can take out, deliver,” Riza said in Jakarta on Thursday (10/9/2020) .
Riza said the provincial government of DKI Jakarta will also impose social restrictions on places of worship during great times or those often visited by people from outside the capital. Meanwhile, houses of worship are still allowed in residential areas.
He said that these decisions will continue to be coordinated with the central government.
“Yes, the fact is that we continue to coordinate with the central government for the best solution with the policies transmitted by the governor,” he said.
