It’s just that according to Aziz, if the land is released, he should be given compensation in connection with the construction that has been done. In addition, his party bought the land from the farmers with a complete letter.
“But please compensate the family and the community with the money that has been spent to buy the over-cultivation of the land and the construction costs that have been incurred,” Aziz said.

Aziz said the compensation money would later be used to rebuild the Sharia Markaz elsewhere.
“So that the cost of compensation can be used to rebuild the Islamic Markaz Islamic boarding school elsewhere,” he said.
The land dispute at the Markaz Syariah Islamic agro-cultural boarding school, which covers an area of 31.91 hectares in Kuta village, Megamendung district, Bogor Regency, started with a letter number SB / I.1 / 6131 / XII / 2020 dated December 18, 2020 issued by PTPN VIII (Persero). The letter regarding the first and last convocation was addressed to the Director of the Islamic Agrocultural Internship Markaz Syariah.
Just to point out, the summons was signed by PTPN VIII Director Mohammad Yudayat. This letter was sent to various parties, including the Minister of Public Enterprises (BUMN), the President Director of PTPN III (Persero), the Ministry of Agrarian and Territorial Planning / National Land Agency (ATR / BPN) and the Unit of Criminal Investigation of the Police Headquarters.
