SURYA.CO.ID, SOLO – Didi Kempot was reportedly getting closer to religion before he finally passed away this morning, Tuesday (5/5/2020), in the month of Ramadan fasting 1441 H.
Didi Kempot, whose birth name was Dionisius Prasetyo, actually wanted to make the pilgrimage and pilgrimage to Wali Songo when he met with the caretakers of Al Quraniy Azzayadiy Islamic Boarding School, KH Abdul Karim Ahmad or familiarly named Gus Karim.

Gus Karim had met Didi Kempot a few days ago.
“Four or five days ago, before Ramadan,” said Gus Karim, Tuesday (5/5/2020).
According to Gus Karim, in recent times Didi Kempot seemed to be getting closer to religion.
Gus Karim revealed, Didi Kempot had expressed his wish of a duet with Habib Syech Abdul Qodir Assegaf.
“I want a Javanese duo but Khosidahan,” said Gus Karim.
However, his wish for Umrah and Wali Songo’s pilgrimage has yet to be realized.
As is known, Didi Kempot died after 20 minutes of treatment at Kasih Ibu Hospital, Solo, on Tuesday (5/5/2020).
