One of these hashtags was yelled at by a Covid-19 volunteer and social media activist, Doctor Tirta. Through the account @tirtha_hundhi, he expressed his disappointment with the government.

According to him, the provincial government of DKI Jakarta is less firm in educating the public about health protocols. He also criticized the steps of the National Agency for Disaster Management (BNPB) to distribute masks to Rizieq’s guests.

“We Indonesians who made sacrifices due to the pandemic are disappointed because @BNPB_Indonesia’s policy of masks for guests instead of refugees from Merapi. Where are they doing the policies? Not sad about the death of hundreds of health workers , Huh? “He tweeted.

He also uploaded a cartoon of a healthcare worker holding a piece of paper that read “INDONESIA ??? GIVE YOURSELF !!!

It is known that this movement previously went viral at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic as a form of protest by health workers against people who were considered disorderly in the implementation of health protocols.

The account @sangrindra made a similar protest. He alluded to the policy of football matches where spectators are not allowed but weddings with thousands of guests are allowed.

The account @afifsyarf also criticized BNPB’s decision to provide masks to the FPI committee. He also referred to the prohibition of physical graduation in educational institutions.

“Graduation with less than 500 participants is prohibited, this is a celebration where tens of thousands of people have even received masks, is the covid-19 working group healthy?” He tweeted.

According to follow-up CNNIndonesia.com, the event at the FPI headquarters had already started and was packed with Rizieq fans. They don’t seem to keep their distance. It was also observed that some did not wear masks or only wear masks on the chin.

The mayor of central Jakarta, Bayu Meghantara, confirmed that his party wrote to Rizieq to maintain health protocols at his event.

If it is found to violate the sanitary protocol regulated by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, it will impose sanctions.

The FPI Twitter account, @DPPFPI_ID shows a series of photos of the implementation of the health protocol at the event. There is a photo of the participant having the temperature and the disinfectant booth checked.

“The (Strict) Health Protocol in the FPI DPP. ALL JAMAH, GUESTS AND LASKAR FPI MUST FOLLOW THE HEALTH PROTOCOL,” the tweet wrote.

Rizieq Shihab is known to have held a wedding ceremony for his daughter as well as a memorial for Prophet Muhammad SAW’s birthday in Petamburan, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (11/14) evening. The event was packed with crowds with minimal implementation of health protocols.
