Third, organize a schedule by rescheduling daily activities with adequate rest from work, watching or reading news and social media. Fourth, do creative activities, that is, spend time looking for new activities or doing hobbies. That helps a person to relax.
Fifth, apply your breath to relax. Sixth, exercise can improve physical and mental health.
