PONTIANAK, KOMPAS.com – An unscrupulous police officer in Pontianak who is suspected of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl who violates traffic rules has been named a suspect.
In addition, the member with the initials DY and the rank of brigadier will also go through the judicial process of the code of professional ethics and face the threat of being dismissed from the institution.
Kasatreskrim Polresta Pontianak AKP Rully Robinson Polii revealed that the perpetrator’s motive for committing his actions was because he was tempted by the victim’s body.
“When he was examined, he said that when he received a ticket, he saw the body of the victim and immediately lusted after her,” Rully said. Kompas.com, Tuesday (9/22/2020).

Rully continued, from that, there was a desire on the part of the suspect to take the victim away.
“The plan is that today we will send the files on the case to the prosecutor’s office,” Rully said.
Pontianak Police also named the police with the initials DY as a suspect after receiving the results of the victim’s autopsy.
“According to the autopsy results, it was found that there was evidence of intercourse. And her condition was declared suspicious,” said Pontianak Police Chief Kombes Komarudin.

For his actions, DY was caught by the Child Protection Act and threatened with 15 years in prison.
“He has also been arrested in connection with an alleged violation of the code of ethics,” Komarudin said.
Previously reported, Brigadier DY allegedly sexually abused a 15-year-old girl who violated traffic.
“That’s right. There are reports from the public about allegations of sexual abuse by members of the Pontianak Police,” Kombes Komarudin said late Friday (9/18/2020).
According to Komarudin, DY was secured shortly after being informed or on Tuesday night (9/15/2020).
The results of the initial investigation explained that this case began when the victim and his friend were arrested for allegedly violating traffic rules at the Jalan Imam Bonjol-Tanjungpura crossing, Pontianak.
The two were then taken to the nearest police station. However, shortly after, the victim was taken by the unscrupulous member to a hotel.
“From there, we carry out investigations and investigations. The truth is that this process is ongoing,” Komarudin said.
Komarudin assures and guarantees that the case will continue and will be processed in accordance with current regulations.
“If that is true, of course it will tarnish the image of the National Police amid the efforts we are currently making with regard to professional members,” Komarudin said.
