JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – With the intention of curbing the large-scale transitional social restriction violations (PSBB), Cipete Utara Village Head Nurcahya has even become a victim of persecution.
He suffered a bruise on his cheek from receiving a raw bogem from a guest at Waroeng Brother Coffee & Resto at Jalan Kemang Selatan VII B, Cipete Utara, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta on Saturday (11/21/2020) evening.
At the time, the incident occurred after Nurcahya monitored a crowd of illegal racing motorcyclists at Jalan Raya Pangeran Antasari.
“So I ran away surveillance PSBB moves the crowd at Antasari, then I checked the excavation at Jalan Pelita, Cipete Utara, South Jakarta, then we saw a crowd at Waroeng Brothers, “Nurcahya said when confirmed.
Initially, Nurcahya, along with members of FKDM and officers from PPSU, North Cipete Village, warned about the crowd that had occurred at Brothers Coffee & Resto.

Then the FKDM members tried to take documentation in the form of photos and videos of the crowd at Brothers Coffee & Resto.
“I’m looking for the owner because it was already open at 1:30 WIB yesterday and there were hundreds of visitors there,” Nurcahya said.
Several Brothers Coffee & Resto guests suddenly approached and broke the cell phone of an FKDM member.
Nurcahya then asked the cafe owner to go to the town’s central office for violating the transitional rules of the PSBB.
“I was hit on the right cheek and bruised and I reported the incident to the South Jakarta police. They are suspected of being drunk, ”Nurcahya explained.
One perpetrator was arrested, two fugitives
The head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Metropolitan Police of South Jakarta AKBP Jimmy Christian Samma confirmed Nurcahya’s report.
South Jakarta Subway Police arrested a person who allegedly beat Nurcahya at Waroeng Brothers Coffee & Resto.
Jimmy said the arrested perpetrator had the initials RQ (22), while the other two people suspected of being involved were still being pursued.
“Because the other two people are in an arrest effort. We have located him and we know his identity,” Jimmy said when it was confirmed, Thursday night (10/12/2020).

The perpetrators were guests of Waroeng Brothers Coffee & Resto.
Two other people who were being persecuted allegedly grabbed Nurcahya by the hand and neck during the beating.
“It’s possible (two) perpetrators were in hiding. The other two are friends,” Jimmy said.
Jimmy said Nurcahya’s beating started with a guest at Waroeng Brothers Coffee & Resto who refused to be disbanded.
The situation was uncontrollable despite the fact that there were people who tried to arrest and intervene the attackers who attacked Nurcahya.
Furthermore, the police investigated and pursued the perpetrators.
The perpetrator becomes a suspect and is arrested.
RQ is now named a suspect and is being held at the South Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters.
For his actions, he was charged by article 170 of the Penal Code regarding the crime of beating in public with a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
“We have named the perpetrator a suspect and now he has been detained since we secured him after the incident,” Jimmy said.

According to Jimmy, the three perpetrators had their respective roles when the beatings occurred.
RQ allegedly hit Nurcahya in the face, while the two perpetrators who were still being pursued were suspected of grabbing Nurcahya by the hand and neck.
“There were three people who pushed. Then there was a beating. Among the three people, there were those who held their hands, some pulled the head of the village chief, others beat the village chief,” said Jimmy.
