MEDAN, KOMPAS.com – The sadistic murders involving three suspects at the Cemara Asri Complex, Jalan Duku, District No. 40 Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang revealed many new facts.
The body of the EL victim was found on Wednesday (06/05/2020) in a cardboard in a pathetic condition.
Two of the suspects are known to have turned out to be ex-convicts of child sexual abuse and were only released due to the Covid-19 assimilation program.
Medan Police Chief Kombes Pol JE. Isir during a press conference in Mapolrestabes Medan on Friday (05/08/2020) in the afternoon said that the three suspects are J (22), M (22) and TS (56).
J is EL’s girlfriend, M is EL’s ex-boyfriend and TS is J.’s mother.

Police chronology of the murder.
On Wednesday (5/6/2020), around 13:30 WIB, suspect J contacted the victim. Soon after, the victim arrived at J’s house accompanied by suspect M.
At his home, suspect J invited the victim to have sex, but was rejected. Feeling wounded, suspect J pushed the victim’s head to hit him and fell into the bathroom. At that time the victim passed out.
“Also, suspect J was having sex with the victim who was still unconscious. After that he took a knife and stabbed or stabbed the victim,” Isir said.

After that, the perpetrators attempted to burn the victim with gasoline purchased by suspect M near the bathroom. Suspect M, bought gasoline at the request of suspect J.
M then contacted TS. TS then helped put the victim in a box and then closed it to be transported in the Grab car that was eventually canceled.
“TS also pressured M to become the sole suspect,” Isir said.
Suspects are threatened with capital punishment or life imprisonment.

J and M turned out to be ex-convicts for assimilating child abuse cases
Medan Police Chief, Chief Commissioner JE Isir branded J (22) and M (22) as sex offenders. The reason is that both turned out to be ex-convicts in child abuse cases and were released in the context of the assimilation program since April 7.
The suspect was sentenced for 6 years and 6 months in obscene cases against children, handled by the North Sumatra Regional Police.
While suspect M was sentenced for 7 years. The case was also obscene against the children and was handled by the Medan police.
When he had a brief conversation with the two suspects, Isir asked about the cases carried out by the suspect and was recognized by the suspect while bowing his head.
“It turns out you guys are the gender,” Isir said as he turned around.

Blur the path with a love letter
According to Isir, in this murder case, his party saw a plan. From the suspect J contacted the victim. The victim then contacted suspect M to escort him to suspect J’s home.

In the home, a fat man with the initials M (22) fainted was also found allegedly after taking mosquito repellent.
Both were taken to the Bhayangkara Hospital in Medan for autopsy and treatment.
The love letter was written by suspect M after being intimidated by suspect TS (56), mother of suspect J (22).
“The love letter is part of an effort to obscure and remove traces. There is no relationship between J and the victim. Limited friend. The dating problem is over. All ex-girlfriends. The civil status of all the previous ones,” Isir said.

Will be removed in Lubuk Pakam
The suspects will initially dispose of their bodies in an area in Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang using an online taxi, Grab. The plan was canceled because the body was not wrapped properly.
“Based on the suspect’s information, it is planned to dispose of the victim’s body somewhere in the Lubuk Pakam area. So the victim was wrapped in a cardboard box and taped,” Isir said.
When the ordered car reached the front of the house, the suspect canceled it.
“Grab was canceled because the packaging in the carton was not perfect for him to raise suspicions,” he said.
Previously, it became known that after the murder, suspect J told M that he had killed the victim and then told M to buy gasoline. After being purchased, Benson was turned over to suspect J who then set him on fire.
