In this announcement, the Chief of the National Police emphasized that the public should not access, upload and spread content related to the FPI.

“The public does not access, upload or disseminate content related to FPI through websites or social networks,” said a point in the Statement of the Chief of Police.

The issuance of this edict refers to Joint Decree (SKB) number 220-4780 Year 2020, Number M.HH-14.HH.05.05 Year 2020, Number 690 Year 2020, Number 264 Year 2020, Number KB / 3 / XII / 2020, and Number 320 of 2020 on Prohibition of Activities, Use of Symbols and Attributes and Termination of FPI Activities.

With reference to the decree, the Chief of the National Police reminded the public not to get involved, directly or indirectly, in the support and facilitation of activities and the use of symbols and attributes of the FPI.

The Chief of the National Police also reminded the public to immediately inform the competent authorities if they find activities, symbols and attributes of the FPI and not to take any action that violates the law.

In addition, the Chief of the National Police also presents Satpol PP, which has the full support of the TNI-Polri, to enforce control in places that have attached banners or banners, attributes and FPI brochures.

“That when it is determined that an act is contrary to this information, each member of the Police must take the necessary actions in accordance with the provisions of the law, or with the discretion of the police,” wrote another point of Police Information.

The dissolution of the FPI itself is based on the SKB signed by six senior officials of the country on Wednesday (12/30/2020).
