SURABAYA, KOMPAS.com – The East Java Regional Police have explored the issue between Sabhara Blitar Police Chief AKP Agus Hendro Tri Susetyo and Blitar AKBP Police Chief Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya.
The East Java regional police chief of public relations, Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, said the problems of the two officers were due to a lack of communication.
The two Blitar Police officers have received counseling from the East Java Regional Police Human Resources Office.
“There was a lack of communication. Now the consultancy has been carried out by the Human Resources Office,” Trunoyudo said when it was confirmed, on Friday (02/10/2020).
Trunoyudo regretted the resignation of Sabhara Blitar Chief of Police, AKP Agus Hendro.

“It’s just a momentary thrill, so it’s a shame to quit,” he said.
When asked about the sit-in matter, Trunoyudo was unable to explain in detail.
Nor could he confirm the veracity of the statement issued by the two Blitar police officers.
Previously, the Kasat Sabhara Blitar police, AKP Agus Hendro Tri Susetyo, visited the East Java Regional Police with a letter of resignation as a member of the National Police.
On that occasion, the man familiarly named Agus Tri also denounced Blitar AKBP Police Chief Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya for allegedly allowing cockfighting and illegal mining in the Blitar area.
Agus Tri admitted that he experienced psychological pressure from the Blitar police chief. He could not accept the treatment of the Blitar police chief, who often cursed him with other inappropriate words.
“Not just me, but all his subordinates,” Agus Tri explained.
Furthermore, Agus Tri said, Blitar’s police chief often resigned from his post without first providing guidance.
This upset all members of the Blitar Police.

“I no longer have the strength to be subordinate to the Chief of Police, and I proposed early retirement without demanding anything from the Police,” said Agus Tri.
When confirmed separately, Blitar AKBP Police Chief Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya denied the allegation.
He admitted that he had reprimanded AKP Agus Tri because a member of the Sabhara had long hair.
But, Ahmad Fanani said, the reprimand is still within the bounds of correctness.
“I had to scold him for having his men with long hair. So he didn’t take it and called me arrogant,” she said.
Ahmad Fanani accused his men of not coming to work since September 21, 2020.

The Blitar police chief left the whole process to the East Java regional police.
“I fully submit to the East Java Regional Police regarding violations committed by their subordinates, the handling of officers is directly by the East Java Regional Police, including sanctions,” said Ahmad Fanani.
