Dozens of masses who confessed college student raided the DPP office Democratic party at Jalan Proklamasi, Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Monday (3/15) evening.
One of the Midul Makati students said they arrived around 6.30pm WIB. The visit to the party office bearing the Mercy symbol, he said, was to clarify the issue of a student giving speeches and supporting the AHY Democrats in the recent chaos.
“They claim our campus representatives. They gave speeches at the Democratic DPP. Friends asked for clarification on this matter. We are here to ask for clarity and clarification from the Democratic DPP,” Midul told CNNIndonesia.com, Monday.

They then had a dialogue with representatives of the Democratic DPP in front of the office.
However, according to Midul, the masses had not yet received clear information from the DPP. They were then dispersed by the police around 8.30pm WIB.
“Tomorrow we will return. This is a combination of several campuses, because irresponsible people have been accused,” he said.
The head of the Democratic Party’s DPP Strategic Communication Agency, Herzaky Mahendra Putra, who had a dialogue with the masses, was reluctant to comment on the action.
Meanwhile, Kamhar Lakumani, a deputy for the Democratic Party’s Election Winning Agency (Bappilu), when contacted, said there were no mass raids.
According to him, in the recent Democratic DPP there were free forum activities for all pro-democracy groups.
“It is very possible that in groups of students each other have different points of view. Also, the situation is delicate. It is very possible that there are groups of intruders or provocations,” said Kamhar.
