Before being hit, Ali said, the suspect and EW were involved in a conversation about the continuation of their love story.

The suspect is angry that EW does not want to divorce her husband who currently works in Kalimantan.

“At that time, the author hit EW on the head 4 times with a hammer, until his son woke up and cried. The suspect hit the boy’s head several times until he was unable to move,” Ali explained.

After performing the action, the author escaped through the side door of the house.

The grandmother who returned from the mosque hysterically saw her children and grandchildren lying in the room in a pathetic condition.

“EW victims treated at RST Dr. Soedjono, Magelang City have not yet regained consciousness due to serious head injuries. While their son (NMA) died,” added Ali, accompanied by Kasat Reskrim AKP M Alfan, chief from Kaloran Police, AKP Rinto Sutopo and Kasubag Humas, AKP Henny Widiyanti Lestariningsih.

Meanwhile, AKP Police Chief Rinto Sutopo Kaloran said, the suspect was arrested on a plantation in the town of Tleter.

For their actions, the authors were charged in accordance with article 340 of the Penal Code and / or article 338 of the Penal Code and / or article 355 of the Penal Code with the threat of capital punishment or life imprisonment.

“We are implementing Article 340 on premeditated murder. This is illustrated by the fact that the perpetrators have prepared tools to persecute the victims,” ​​said Rinto.
