KOMPAS.com – Two policemen were abused when they wanted to break up the 1812 action in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan, on Friday (12/18/2020).
As a result of the incident, they both suffered bruises all over their bodies and had to be rushed to Bhayangkara Hospital.
“The victim’s condition has bruises on various parts of the body,” West Kalimantan Police Public Relations Chief Kombes Pol Donny Charles Go said in a written calm on Saturday (12/19/2020).

As Donny said, the manhunt began when the police were about to disperse the 1812 action.
At that time, the masses who had gathered burned tires at an intersection in Jalan Tanjungraya, East Pontianak district, Pontianak city.
Because they were deemed to be obstructing traffic, the police made efforts to extinguish and disperse the crowd.
