KOMPAS.com – The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has re-distributed subsidized wages or salaries (BSU) lot 2 semesters II from Thursday (12/11/2020).
Previously, the government distributed BSU lot 1 quarter II on Monday (9/11/2020).

Labor Minister Ida Fauziyah said her party had so far distributed BSU to 4,893,816 workers for the second term.
“Alhamdulillah, today we re-channel the second salary / wage subsidy period for employees who entered level 2 in the first period,” Ida said.
Ida will try to speed up the distribution of the second term wage subsidy. He also made sure there were no delays in distribution in the second term.
“We previously received information that the distribution of the second term was postponed. That’s not true. The proof is that the second phase of phase I was distributed from Monday and today it will continue for phase II ”, he continued.

Channeling through the himbara
Meanwhile, the amount of funds channeled to employees or workers receiving BSU lot 2 terms II, namely Rs 1.2 million.
Meanwhile, the disbursement mechanism still follows the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2020 on the Guidelines for the provision of government assistance in the form of wage subsidies for workers / laborers in managing the impact of corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) and is divided into stages (lot).
Ida confirmed that this assistance has been processed at the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN).
Once the KPPN is processed, the funds will be transferred to the channel bank and disbursed through each recipient’s account, both Himbara and non-Himbara accounts.
The four Himbara banks in question are Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) and Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN).
“The disbursement is equal to the first-term mechanism,” Ida added.

The distribution process for the term II BSU is different
Ida admitted that the BSU term II distribution process was slightly different than before. The reason is that, based on the KPK’s recommendation for BSU distribution, it is necessary to synchronize the data with that of the taxpayer.
The data comparison process is also part of evaluating the BSU distribution to be correct on target.
“We received a recommendation from the KPK that it is necessary to match the data of the BSU recipients with the tax data of the General Directorate of Taxes (DJP),” said Menaker Ida.
However, after the payment of the deadline that was completed about two weeks ago, the Ministry of Manpower and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan coordinated with the DGT to perform the data comparison.
It revealed that the results of the data comparison had been received by the Ministry of Manpower on Friday (11/13/2020). The data is then used as the basis for the process of distributing the term II BSU.

For BSU beneficiary workers who have met the requirements, Ida guarantees that the disbursement of term II will continue according to the procedure.
It is known that the wage subsidy aid is channeled to workers or workers who earn less than Rp 5 million per month.
Eligible workers are also active in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan until June 30, 2020.
Government assistance in the form of wage subsidy is 600,000 rupees for four months, or a total of 2.4 million rupees.
This assistance is distributed in stages, namely, the first period of Rp 1.2 million in September-October 2020 and the second period of Rp 1.2 million in November-December 2020.
