JAKARTA – The Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) provides a complaint service on the distribution of Subsidized Wage Assistance (BSU) of 600,000 IDR to workers with wages below 5 million IDR.

Karo Public Relations of the Ministry of Manpower, Soes Hindharno, said that there are two forms of complaints that can be made: first, they come from company employees or workers with salaries below 5 million rupees. This complaint is based on the fact that a worker has an active BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership card but has not been registered as a participant in a salary or wage subsidy.

For this first complaint, workers with wages below 5 million rupees can go directly to the nearest BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office or contact the BPJS head office directly.

“Our complaints are divided in two, first, if the workers feel that they work in a certain company and they feel that they have an active membership card in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, but how come they do not accept it, so it is better than complaining elsewhere Instead of getting the wrong address, go directly to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office, the nearest BPJS office or the BPJS head office, “Soes said on Saturday (8/29/2020).

Not only that, employees can also file complaints directly with the Ministry of Manpower through the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Participant Reporting Information System (SIPP), which can be accessed on the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan website. Of course, workers must also provide a number of administrative requirements set by the government.

SIPP online is an online participant reporting website developed as a tool for companies to process participation data in the form of company data, employment data, salary data, and contribution calculations quickly and accurately. This application is an innovation of the offline version of SIPP Desktop that was introduced earlier.

“For example, how come I should get it but I can’t, but I have to make sure I am a member of (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) or not? This can also complain to the Ministry of Manpower through the manpower information system on their website, “he said.

Meanwhile, the second complaint relates to the problem of workers who have been registered as paid participants, but have experienced technical problems or something that could harm the receiving participants. This second form of complaint is the same as the first, in which participants can report directly to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan or the Ministry of Manpower.

Bring several related documents or evidence that correctly indicates that the recipient has had trouble receiving assistance.
