KPK President Firli Bahuri said his party would be guided by Law 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Crimes of Corruption. It refers exactly to article 2 on prosecution.

Of course, later we will work based on the testimony of witnesses and the evidence of whether it can be included in the article 2 of Law 31 of 1999 ”, he said.
Firli said the KPK was still working hard to develop cases. So that it can be determined whether or not a criminal act is detrimental to the finances of the State in this case of corruption.
“I think we are still working hard to prove whether or not a criminal act is detrimental to state money as mentioned in Article 2,” he said.
