The KPK prosecutor introduced Nurhadi’s brother-in-law, Rahmat Santoso, at a follow-up hearing on the case of bribery and gratuity in case management. Rahmat at the hearing revealed the luxurious lifestyle of Nurhadi’s son-in-law, Rezky Herbiyono.

Initially, the prosecutor inquired about Rezky Herbiyono’s family background before marrying Nurhadi’s son. Rahmat said Rezky had a lavish lifestyle before his marriage and frequently changed vehicles.

“As far as I know, the man’s parents died, so before he got married he already had a Ferrari, which was Mercedes-Benz how I really don’t follow it. Only a few friends said rent how, What how“Rahmat said while testifying in Jakarta Corruption Court, Jalan Bungur Besar Raya, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (11/18/2020).

Rahmat also said that Rezky has a real estate business in the form of housing in Bali called The Cliff. However, he later found out that the home was fictitious.

Rezky’s lifestyle when she was dating Nurhadi’s son seemed luxurious. Rezky often brings Ferrari cars to Lamborghini.

“Her BAP said that during college, Lia studied with my mother at Regency 21 in Surabaya, so Tin Zuraida and Nurhadi were hired to work with her. And Nurhadi asked my mother to stay with Lia to take care of Lia , who is currently studying at Airlangga University. Rezky’s Ferrari and Lamborghini were parked at the Regency 21 Surabaya house, and when my mother asked me about Nurhadi, ‘why does Rezky Herbiyono have the vehicle in question despite that the vehicle is not clear and its origin is not clear? ‘Said the prosecutor who read the BAP.

“Nurhadi defended Rezky Herbiyono saying that Rezky Herbiyono was a successful businessman and owned a company in Bali called The Cliff (which I later found out was fictitious).” the prosecutor asked Rahmat.
The BAP was then agreed upon by Rahmat. He admitted that he later learned that The Cliff company Nurhadi was proud of was fictitious.

“Yes. After saying ‘it’s The Cliff how The story is, ‘Supriyo Waskito said,’ there’s no uncle, ‘”Rahmat said, mimicking the conversation with Supriyo at the time.

In this trial, the defendants were Nurhadi and Rezky Herbiyono. Nurhadi and Rezky were charged with accepting bribes and gratuities of Rs 83 billion related to handling cases in the trial court, appeal, cassation or reconsideration. Nurhadi and Rezky were accused of accepting bribes and gratuities in the period 2012-2016.

This bribe was received by Nurhadi and Rezky from Hiendra Soenjoto as President and Director of PT Multicon Indrajaya Terminal (PT MIT) for the two of them to assist Hiendra in handling the case. The prosecutor said that Nurhadi’s actions were contrary to his obligations as a clerk of the Supreme Court.
