Joni Suharjo, a young man from Karanganyar Village, sent a video of the incident to the Mata Madura editorial team on Saturday at 1:10 p.m. WIB.
“This is a tornado in our town,” Joni wrote through the WhatsApp application, giving a video description of the seconds of a tornado.
Joni said there were three tornadoes from the north passing PT Garam’s warehouse in the west. Then walk south to the homes of the residents of Pinggirpapas Village.
Joi has not confirmed any casualties due to the tornado.

The video shows broken power lines and leaning power poles on the side of the main Karanganyar-Marengan Laok highway.
According to Joni, the tornado lasted about 20 minutes.
People screamed and recited prayers as they witnessed the magnitude of the whirlwind in the video.
