JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs (Menkop UKM) Teten Masduki stated that micro-entrepreneurs who want to obtain Presidential Productive Assistance (Banpres) or Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) of 2.4 million IDR can still register or apply although the address where you open your business is different to address in the KTP.
However, for this there are requirements that the interested parties must meet.

According to him, this program will remain open until the number of BLT beneficiaries reaches 100 percent. As of September 3, 2020, he mentioned, only 5.59 million microentrepreneurs had received assistance.
While the goals of this program are up to 12 million microentrepreneurs who must receive assistance by the end of September 2020.
Teten said that micro-entrepreneurs who have not registered and want to receive this assistance can immediately register with the Head of Regency / Head of the City of the Cooperative Office of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Kadiskop UKM) in their respective regions.
“Please register as soon as possible,” he said.
He also reiterated that the assistance was provided to microentrepreneurs who really met the requirements they deserved.
The requirements are that micro-entrepreneurs who do not receive working capital and investment credit from banks (unbanked), business actors are Indonesian citizens, have a National Identity Number (NIK), have a micro-business as evidenced by a letter of proposal of the applicant, not a member of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), TNI / Polri or BUMN / BUMD employees.
“This is aid in the form of grants, not loans. Therefore, those who can get this help are those who cannot receive funds,” he said.
