Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –
Minister of Labor Ida Fauziyah disclose social assistance cash disbursementBLT) wage subsidies workers under 5 million IDR for the second batch will start today, Monday (September 11).
However, previously, the government will first consult with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Higher Audit Agency (BPK).
“For level II dilution lot first maybe Monday, “Ida said in an official statement, quoted on Monday (September 11).
Ida said the number of recipients for the second wave of BLT is likely less than the first wave. This is because some of the early BLT recipients had salaries in excess of Rs 5 million.
“So yesterday the KPK recommended that the data be compared with the taxpayers, it turns out that there were those whose salaries were above 5 million IDR,” Ida said.
Still, the majority of the beneficiaries are workers with wages below IDR 5 million. In addition, the Ministry of Manpower will discuss with KPK and BPK to minimize errors in the BLT distribution.
“Therefore, we will again consult with KPK and BPK for further processing,” Ida said.
The government is known to have allocated IDR 37.7 billion in funds to distribute BLT to workers with wages below IDR 5 million.
The goal is for the funds to be distributed to 15.7 million workers registered as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants as of June 30, 2020.
So far, BLT has been distributed to 12.4 million recipients. Each recipient received funds worth 2.4 million IDR.
However, the distribution takes place in two waves. For the first wave and the second batch, each received 1.2 million IDR.
