PORTALSURABAYA.com – The government’s Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program will continue to be provided to communities affected by the COVID-19 virus through 2021.
After completing several stages, it is delivered to the community, especially to workers or day laborers with salaries of less than 5 million and not included as public officials (PNS) and BUMN employees.
According to the Ministry of Manpower, BLT phase 3 assistance will already be provided to all potential recipients, currently the Ministry of Manpower is collecting and verifying the data that has been submitted.

Agus Susanto, as director of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, said that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan had submitted or reported up to 3.5 million applicants for potential BLT recipients.
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Director Agus Susanto also added that there are 3.5 million accounts that have been completed through the validation and verification stages and then only 600 thousand BLT funds need to be transferred to all potential recipients.
So far, we have filed 9 million accounts and workers with salaries below 5 million can get direct cash assistance (BLT) immediately in the near future, “he said.
